The Quality Hotel Plymouth International is New Plymouth’s premier conference venue.

The most up to date conference rooms available in any provincial city with a maximum conference capacity of 700 people.

We have a range of fully air-conditioned conference rooms, from the Grand Ballroom (Taranaki’s only grand ballroom) which seats 450 - to smaller meeting rooms.

Each conference area is spacious and comes equipped with whiteboards, floor plugs and pull down screens. Together with our sister property the Auto Motor Lodge (3 minutes walk from the hotel) we can offer a total of 160 rooms for accommodation.

The Quality Hotel Plymouth International hotel is located 8 kms from New Plymouth Airport  - and we offer complimentary onsite offstreet carparking.

The Quality Hotel Plymouth International has seven spaces available for conferences and events, set up in various configurations.

The Grand Ballroom combines the Ballroom and Hobson rooms for a truly magnificent venue with easy access. Innovative menus and truly elegant table settings make for a positively imaginative and high-quality event.

The Blenheim, Essex and Brougham Rooms are available independently or combined for an excellent venue. Adjacent to our poolside courtyard, these rooms are perfect for their relaxed atmosphere and outdoor accessibility.

We also have a boardroom with seating for 12 available for the ultimate in privacy and comfort.
