At the Quality Hotel Plymouth International we know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, that is why we go out of our way to make sure it is everything you dreamed of!

We offer a number of excellent banqueting venues: The Grand Ballroom (Taranaki’s only Grand Ballroom) and our Poolside Suite (next to the courtyard).

Our experienced Wedding Co-ordinators and team will look after every detail including menus, seating arrangements, table decorations and beverage selection.

We are very happy to work with you to explore any additional ideas you may have to create that special difference!

On the night of your wedding our gift to our Bride and Groom includes our Honeymoon Suite - complete with a delightful double spa bath and bottle of bubbles - complimentary breakfast served to your room and a complimentary late departure. 

We also offer complimentary accommodation for the bride and groom’s parents on the proviso of a minimum of 80 adult guests or more at your Reception (these rooms are non transferrable).

We also offer special accommodation rates for your guests and can provide personalised accommodation flyers at no extra cost.

Planning your Reception - Organising your reception at the Quality Hotel Plymouth International is designed to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. From the time you contact our Wedding Co-ordinators, we begin to build a file of your requirements. You are welcome to view our wedding setup as often as you like for ideas.

  • Buffet Menus - from $65.00 per person
